NiAl 95/5 thermal spray wire is a solid wire alloy composed of 95% Nickel and 5% Aluminum, specifically engineered for thermal spray coating processes. It is widely used as a bond coat beneath ceramic topcoats or as a corrosion and oxidation resistant coating on metal substrates.

This wire is fully equivalent to Tafa 75B, PMET 885, and Metco 8400, and is compatible with various spray systems including arc spray and flame spray equipment.
