Product Description

ERNiCrMo-15 is a premium-grade nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy welding wire developed specifically for joining Inconel 625LCF and other low-cycle fatigue (LCF) resistant alloys. With optimized composition for enhanced thermal fatigue performance, this wire offers superior durability in cyclic high-temperature environments.

It is suitable for TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) processes and ensures excellent arc stability, low spatter, and crack-resistant welds. ERNiCrMo-15 is widely used in the fabrication of furnace components, aircraft exhaust systems, chemical reactors, and nuclear containment parts subjected to frequent thermal cycling and mechanical strain.

ERNiCrMo-15 Nickel Alloy Welding Wire for High Fatigue Resistance
